Are you an experienced customer service professional skilled in managing client relationships?
We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to handle a portfolio of customer accounts. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth service delivery from order to invoicing while building strong connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire order-to-invoice process for your accounts, including European and global transactions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and addressing challenges
Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs, ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail
Follow internal policies and maintain clear communication across departments
Find ways to improve service delivery and streamline processes
Handle all documentation for imports, exports, and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Monitor performance metrics and account margins, suggesting improvements to meet key KPIs
The Ideal Candidate:
At least two years of customer service experience in an office environment
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships inside and outside the company
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
A team player who can work independently and adapt to changes
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
