Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a new and exciting career with a global brand? Do you hold a validCounter Balance Forklift License?
We are currently working with a leading manufacturer who, due to sickness cover, is looking to add a Warehouse Operative to their team.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility to go permanent after.
Within the role you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
Taking delivery of goods and supplies
Checking for missed /damaged items
Storing goods
Moving stock around by hand, using lifting gear or a FLT
Locating orders and organizing into shipments
Loading goods for dispatch
Keeping records of stock
Keeping paperwork up to date
Cleaning work areas
Booking in/dispatching goods
Booking transport
Driving company van between Sites
To be considered for the position you must hold some, if not all, of the following skills/qualifications:
Exposure to manufacturing environment
Lean Tools / Techniques
SAP experience
Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (Essential)
