​We are working exclusively with a successful and well-established estate agency to recruit an experienced Office Manager for their Colburn branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and organised individual with a background in estate agency who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the property sales process and be confident in managing a branch team, whilst delivering exceptional service to clients throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing day-to-day leadership to the branch team, maintaining high standards and a collaborative working environment

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure an efficient and positive client experience

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties from instruction to completion

  • Conducting market appraisals using local knowledge and professional insight to secure new business

  • Supporting sales performance through effective lead generation, negotiation, and management of the sales pipeline

  • Building long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through each stage of the process

  • Monitoring branch KPIs and contributing to business planning and reviews

  • Coaching and supporting the team in their professional development

  • Working closely with internal teams across marketing, sales progression, and administration to ensure a smooth, joined-up service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working within an estate agency is essential, ideally with some team leadership or management experience

  • NAEA qualification is preferred, although we will consider candidates willing to complete this within six months

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional approach

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive attitude to decision-making, task management, and problem solving

  • Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Good knowledge of the local area and a genuine interest in the property sector
