​A client based in Northallerton is offering a full-time, permanent position ideal for experienced administrators with strong customer service skills. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing enquiries about products, orders, and deliveries, while also providing support to sales representatives.

Candidates should possess strong IT skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office packages. Familiarity with Sage would be advantageous but is not essential, as training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording stock deliveries by entering data into Sage50.

  • Resolving discrepancies with suppliers.

  • Ensuring accurate and efficient administration of stock movements.

  • Assisting the warehouse team with processing deliveries.

  • Managing orders received via email or phone.

  • Verifying data accuracy in orders and invoices.

  • Contacting clients to gather missing information or respond to enquiries.

  • Collaborating with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

  • Preparing monthly sales reports.

  • Sharing important customer feedback with internal teams.
