Our client is seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant to support their finance department during a busy period. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in finance within a thriving organisation.
Key duties:
· Take full ownership of the sales ledger
· Credit control
· Resident billing and ensuring the relevant ledgers are reconciled
· Bank and credit card reconciliation
· Cash and payment reconciliation
· Management of CIS process – ensure all applicable subcontractors are verified and the correct deductions made
· Issuing CIS vouchers to subcontractors
· Payroll preparation
· Responsible for ensuring monthly deadlines are hit
Job information:
· Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (30 minute lunch)
· £21,000-£30,000 full time equivalent depending on experience
· Fully office based
