​Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for sales? Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a Telesales Executive to join their team in Middlesbrough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven telesales experience, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling technical products and services to new and existing clients through telesales, social media, and marketing activities

  • Building long-term relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach

  • Booking appointments for the field sales team and supporting their efforts to convert leads into successful deals

  • Generating and following up on leads from various sources, including cold and warm calls, as well as the company website

  • Contributing to the company’s growth and success by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service

Job Requirements:

  • Proven telesales experience and a track record of delivering sales results

  • Interest in IT and technology, with the ability to understand and promote technical products and services

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building

Additional Information:

  • Desk-based role located in Middlesbrough

  • Generous commission structure - OTE £35,000 +

  • Opportunity for career progression, with the potential to transition into a field-based role
