​We are a recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join a long-standing, independent estate agency based in Harrogate. With a strong local reputation and a loyal client base, they are known for providing a highly personalised and professional service. Their team is passionate about property and committed to delivering a high standard of care to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants alike.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join this friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideally suited to someone with a background in residential sales who is looking for a role in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify new applicants and match them to suitable properties

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings

  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors

  • Provide regular feedback and updates to clients

  • Progress sales through to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties

  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

  • Represent the agency in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a residential property sales role is essential

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive and confident, with a customer-first approach

  • Well-presented, professional, and articulate

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday

  • 1 Saturday in 4 (mornings only)
