I am assisting a Northallerton based client as they are looking for a new member of their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will have a passion for closing sales and providing great customer service. You will discuss bespoke kitchens and bathrooms and make your customers ideas come to life on a bespoke design software.
As the Sales and Kitchen Designer, you will ideally have a creative flare and the ability to upsell products and close sales.
This is a full time permanent position working, 9.30am - 5.30pm, 5 over 6 days, this includes Saturdays, can work alternate Saturdays if this suits.
Duties will include:
· Providing excellent customer service to all clients
· Confident in closing sales and overcome customer objections
· Meeting with customers, preparing and designing project briefs and quotations adhering to detailed drawings and specifications.
· Design inspiring designs with clear specifications and excellent attention to detail
· Manage customer projects from initiation to completion
· Work with fitting teams and assist the project manager
· Place and track orders, deliveries, and address day to day queries
· Help develop online presence alongside the marketing team
· Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our customers with excellent after sales service
· Additional responsibilities assigned by management related to your position.
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year plus commission pay
