Our client, a respected commercial refurbishment contractor with over 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a personable and confident Technical Salesperson to support growth across both private and public sector markets.
You’ll work closely with the business owner, identifying new opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients across sectors such as education, emergency services, commercial offices, and private landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and public sectors
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Attend client meetings and site visits across the region
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotations
Understand client requirements and liaise with the operations team
Keep up-to-date records of sales activity and pipeline progress
Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For:
A well-presented, personable individual with strong communication skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude
Sales experience (ideally with a technical or construction focus, but not essential)
Willingness to learn and adapt – training will be provided
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
