We are recruiting a Sales & Estimating Team Lead to join a well-established, growing business. This is a hands-on role, reporting into the Fabricated Sales Manager, combining technical estimating with team support and client liaison.
The Role:
You will oversee day-to-day estimating operations, ensuring enquiries are processed accurately and promptly. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you’ll prepare quotations, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and guide the estimating team while assisting the wider sales function
Prepare accurate quotations and monitor order progression
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
Act as a key contact for clients and support business development initiatives
Maintain reporting and CRM systems, providing insight to improve processes and customer experience.

Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
Can-do attitude with a desire to develop professionally
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in sales, estimating, or a commercial/technical environment
Ability to interpret technical information
Client-facing experience and professional communication skills
Experience using CRM or estimating systems is desirable
