I am working with a client who are based in Richmond, North Yorkshire, as they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience within an administration role, be happy to assist customers and have a flexible approach whilst working within a fast-paced environment. You will be computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Duties will include:
- Co-ordinate the daily administration of sales and purchases
- Ensure customer service, stock control and administration procedures are maintained
- Purchase invoice preparation
- Answering incoming telephone calls, taking details of orders and customer requirements and feeding on to Sales staff within the branch
- Daily banking
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
