We have an international client looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team for a 12 month period. This role requires someone with Excel experience including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process requests for images, catalogs, samples, new item setups, sales history reports, etc.
• Support new item launches & customer reviews, presentations and special projects
• Maintain all sales-related contracts
• Create and publish various reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Item set ups in various customer’s websites
• Local travel may be required for miscellaneous requests, surveys etc.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel skills including V-Lookups & Pivot Tables
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Computer skills inc Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe
