I am assisting my client who is based in Shildon as they are looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our busy Team.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be hardworking and have an excellent attitude which is required to be successful within this role. You will be able to work independently and with others, have the ability to adapt to a range of situations and show a willingness for further self-development and improvement.
Main Duties will include:
- Assisting our Sales Consultants by dealing with incoming enquires from new and existing Customers quickly and efficiently.
- Producing quotations and following these up accordingly.
- Building rapport and relations quickly.
- Working as part of a team and be flexible in your approach to many tasks.
- Completing general office duties that may include some purchasing and internal reporting.
- The ability to work on, update and maintain a CRM system.
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent telephone manor
- Be highly organised
- Excellent administrative skills
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday from 09.00am to 5.00pm.
