​Looking for a Receptionist role were no two days are the same?

We have just registered a full time Reception/Office Administration position based in central Harrogate. This client is very well know and has the opportunity to take on a junior or experienced Receptionist into their front of house team.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming visitors and answering calls into the business

• Arranging meeting rooms and refreshments

• Looking after the front of house area and ensuring its tidy at all times

• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries

• Organising the filling system, inputting data and physically moving boxes

• Looking after office supplies and equipment, including placing orders

• Offering IT support as the first point of contact and escalating when necessary

You'll need to be

• Self-motivated

• Friendly with great attention to detail

• Act professional and be well presented at all times

• Experienced with Word, Excel and Outlook
