Do you have Purchase Ledger experience and looking to join a friendly supportive team?
You will be providing support to the Management Accountant with the completion of all Purchase Ledger activities within the business.
Key Duties:
Processing invoices
Payment Run
Supplier Queries
Statement Reconciliations
Set up new suppliers
Manage Finance inboxes
Petty Cash
Verifying bank details
Credit card/expense processing
Occasional bank reconciliations
Adhoc payments & admin duties
Skills Required:
Previous experience, minimum 5 years
Team player with good communication skills
Experienced excel user or an interest to learn
Good IT skills
Can work alone and use own initiative
