Title: Property Co-ordinator
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Monday – Friday, plus Saturday availability
Salary: Depending on experience
Do you have an interest in Property and maintenance? If so, you might be interested in this Property Co-ordinator role based in Harrogate. In this position, you’d be travelling around the local area to assess property repairs, complete scheduled property reviews and creating details reports on any repair work.
Due to the nature of this role, you must have a driving licence as you’ll have access to a company vehicle to use during working hours.
Responsibilities:
• Attending property inspections
• Creating detailed reports for each visit property including damage/repair work
• Assessing the cause of property damage and collecting evidence including photos
• Completing property walk thoughts with tenants including check-ins & check-outs
• General admin tasks including submitting reports for review
• Dealing with enquiries and reception based work on Saturdays (Office based)
Requirements:
• Great communication skills in person, over the phone and in writing
• Good eye for detail and ability to spot property issues
• Property maintenance background would be ideal but not essential
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
