Are you a Factory/Production Manager with experience in the construction industry? Do you have a proven track record of coordinating resources and schedules to meet production deadlines?
We are working with a specialist in modern construction looking to expand their Manufacturing team with a Factory Manager. You will be directly responsible for ensuring all factory obligations are achieved within the program, cost-effective and efficient without any accidents or incidents.
Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:
Identifying and actioning key areas for training and improvement throughout the production team
Manage and oversee the administration of production operations and assist with the administration as and when required
Control LOLER records and Plant and Material records/deliveries
Organising workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
Producing production schedules and managing delivery dates
To be considered for the position you must hold some, if not all, of the following skills:
Experience in a management position within an offsite construction product environment
Demonstrable leadership acumen
An understanding of Quality and assurance procedures for offsite manufacturing
Ability to drive KPIs and hold a high level of accountability.
High levels of organisation and the ability to work under pressure
