We are working closely with a highly respected organisation specialising manufacturing, who pride themselves on providing excellent service to their clients.
We are currently looking for a highly organised Production Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Production Administrator, you will be working directly with the Contracts Operations Manager to support with the effective delivery of the contract. You will be responsible for all administration of documents for inbound and outbound products to the client.
Main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Timely & efficient administration of receipt and dispatch documentation for client’s stock
Updating SAP and extracting data from SAP to support clients needs
Ensure accurate information is undertaken for all transactions in relation to goods in and dispatch through electronic stock management systems
Effective management of booking system for inbound stock from hauliers
Liaise with customer departments
Investigation to Resolution of Client queries
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Effective use of electronic warehouse management systems
Escalating of Client reported issues effectively to Contract Supervisor if resolution cannot be found within agreed timescales
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
Strong Communication skills
Extensive experience of Microsoft experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Customer service experience
SAP experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Good telephone manner
