  • Oversee daily operations, managing warehouse and logistics to ensure efficiency.

  • Develop and implement process policies and procedures for seamless departmental integration.

  • Coordinate activities between the Installations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Accounts.

  • Enhance systems, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Ensure all organisational processes comply with legal regulations and industry standards.

  • Uphold and enforce health and safety guidelines in collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager.

  • Monitor employee and team performance to drive productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.

  • Improve customer service quality and satisfaction through process enhancements.

  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

  • Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

What They Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in process management, operations, or a related role.

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and industry regulations.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach to optimizing workflows and reducing costs.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm

40 hours per week/ 1 hour lunch break
