​We are working with a well-established, family-run business in Kirkbymoorside seeking a Parts Advisor to join their busy team, delivering a varied and customer-focused role in a friendly, collaborative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell parts to meet customer needs

  • Supply service technicians with parts as required

  • Maintain merchandise and presentation in the retail shop

  • Assist with daily stock management and organisation

  • Liaise effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers

  • Ensure all parts transactions are accurately recorded

  • Support the Parts Manager in day-to-day operations

  • Work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth depot operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience within the agricultural industry advantageous but not essential (full product training and support provided)

  • Able to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team

  • Computer literate

  • Self-motivated with a professional appearance

  • Full clean driver’s licence

Package & Benefits:

  • 39 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch) with Friday/Saturday rota cover
