We are working with a well-established, family-run business in Kirkbymoorside seeking a Parts Advisor to join their busy team, delivering a varied and customer-focused role in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell parts to meet customer needs
Supply service technicians with parts as required
Maintain merchandise and presentation in the retail shop
Assist with daily stock management and organisation
Liaise effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers
Ensure all parts transactions are accurately recorded
Support the Parts Manager in day-to-day operations
Work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth depot operations
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Experience within the agricultural industry advantageous but not essential (full product training and support provided)
Able to work independently using own initiative and as part of a team
Computer literate
Self-motivated with a professional appearance
Full clean driver’s licence

39 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch) with Friday/Saturday rota cover
