Part time Accounts Assistant 3 month minimum contract
Our client is now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team in Thirsk.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Purchase Ledger maintenance - processing invoices to correct nominal codes, reconciling supplier statements and setting up monthly BACS payment runs.
· Weekly payroll
· Raising payments and refunds
· Ad-hoc accounts and holiday cover
Desirable qualities:
· Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and a team player
Details:
· Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
· 22 days holiday plus statutory reduced pro rata
· Job Type: Part-time
· £24,000 - £26,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
