An established and growing organisation is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join a busy team. This is a key role supporting day-to-day operational accuracy across multiple sites.

 

The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring activities are accurately confirmed and processed in a timely manner, helping to maintain smooth operations and high service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy and process ownership.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily order confirmations accurately and on time

  • Maintaining and updating schedules, including handling zero-value orders and internal transfers

  • Processing goods receipt documentation and ensuring correct allocation

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock records, investigating and reporting variances

  • Managing third-party confirmations and ensuring documentation is regularly uploaded and cleared

  • Processing credit notes promptly with correct stock treatment

  • Responding to telephone and email queries professionally and efficiently

  • Providing general administrative support as needed

  • Identifying and escalating exceptions or discrepancies to management

  • Maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in all tasks

 

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience in order processing or operational administration

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

  • Clear and confident communication skills

  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

  • A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach

  • Experience in transport, logistics, or operational environments (desirable but not essential)

 

Additional Information:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (1-hour break)

  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays

  • Study Support: Fully funded training following successful completion of the probationary period
