We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join a team based in Boroughbridge. The client is a global manufacturing business and you’ll be based out of their head office supporting clients.
• Taking inbound calls from clients
• Scheduling engineers for service roles or call outs and contacting clients re additional costs
• Getting updates from engineers and noting any changes
• Issuing statements to customers and processing purchase orders
• Arranging stock to be delivered to customers
• Vehicle managements inc booking services and maintenance work
• Ensuing all work is recorded on the database
• Experience in a fast paced work environment
• Have a keen eye for detail and be a problem solver
• Be confident on the phone and good written communication skills
