We are working with a well-regarded multi-academy trust supporting primary schools across the Teesside region. They are seeking an experienced Office Manager on a 3-month contract to support one of their academies.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administrative operations, providing support to school leadership and staff whilst ensuring smooth office systems and effective communication. The role involves delivering high-quality administrative support and maintaining professional standards across the academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes

  • Provide support to school leadership and staff

  • Maintain accurate records and confidential information

  • Assist with meetings, correspondence, and general administration

  • Support recruitment, induction, and training where required

  • Help organise school events and activities

  • Assist with basic financial administration and resource management

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in office management or administrative roles

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Competent with office systems and IT

  • Knowledge of compliance or health & safety procedures is an advantage

  • Experience in education or non-profit settings is a plus

Additional Information

  • Fixed-term 3-month contract
