​Job Title: Letting Administrator (FTC)

Location: Harrogate

Hours: Full Time, 3-6 month contract

Salary: Up to £12.56 per hour / £24,500 per annum

If you’re an experienced Administrator looking for a contracted role within the charity sector, then this could be a great opportunity. The client is looking for someone to join the team on a 3-6 month contract looking after tenant enquires and booking 3rd party contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with tenants via phone and email

• Organising 3rd party contractors to complete property repairs

• Updating the database with repair request

• Diary management

• Ensuring work is being caried out within the agreed timescale

• General office admin including filing and answering overflow calls

Requirements:

• Strong Admin and Customer Service skills

• Lettings or housing admin experience, not essential but desired

• IT skills including Excel and CRM databases
