My client based in Sedgefield is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic conveyancing team. We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities:
Audio typing of legal correspondence and documentation.
Liaising with clients both in-person and over the phone.
Organising diaries and managing appointments.
Using the Land Registry Portal for property searches and registrations.
Preparing legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
Coordinating with third parties (solicitors, estate agents, etc.).
Managing cases on our fully electronic case management system (training provided).
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent typing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience or knowledge in residential conveyancing is essential.
Confident telephone manner and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Additional information:
Generous Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave, plus an extra day for your birthday, all bank holidays, and no need to reserve days for the office closure over Christmas.
Salary: £12.50ph.
Working hours: 9am-5pm
