We are partnering with a dynamic client who is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as anInternal Sales Representativewith a clear path to advance into aBusiness Managerrole.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care & Sales Support:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through phone, live chat, and social media channels.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Create and send order confirmations; process orders promptly.

  • Manage CRM entries and respond to customer reviews.

  • Assist with payment processing, website updates, and Facebook inquiries.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

  • Oversee supply chain management and development.

  • Implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Monitor and report business performance to directors through weekly reports.

  • Liaise with suppliers, sales, and marketing consultants to optimize performance.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage the Customer Care department, covering holiday schedules when necessary.

  • Work closely with the Finance Department on payment processes, including Amazon Pay.

  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and handle insurance matters.

  • Attend monthly board meetings to report on key business metrics.

  • Support office management tasks as needed.
