Key Responsibilities:
Customer Care & Sales Support:
Deliver excellent customer service through phone, live chat, and social media channels.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Create and send order confirmations; process orders promptly.
Manage CRM entries and respond to customer reviews.
Assist with payment processing, website updates, and Facebook inquiries.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management:
Oversee supply chain management and development.
Implement logistics strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and report business performance to directors through weekly reports.
Liaise with suppliers, sales, and marketing consultants to optimize performance.
Operations & Compliance:
Manage the Customer Care department, covering holiday schedules when necessary.
Work closely with the Finance Department on payment processes, including Amazon Pay.
Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and handle insurance matters.
Attend monthly board meetings to report on key business metrics.
Support office management tasks as needed.
