We are working with a long-standing client of Si Recruitment, operating in the Financial Services sector, who have offices in Stokesley and Northallerton. They are looking to appoint a professional and hardworking Insurance Advisor to join their growing team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will play a key role in the success of a local expanding business, ensuring customer satisfaction at all time.
To be considered for this role, you must have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks. You must also be a confident and effective communicator both verbal and written.

Key duties will include:
· Providing sales and service for personal lines customers converting quotes into new and additional business
· Attending training in Commercial licenses to assist business customers
· Review customer policies and help to retain business
· Process all customer instructions for policy amendments
· Record and manage customer leads using CRM system; Microsoft Dynamics
· Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities
· Creating new business opportunities for the business
· Acquire and maintain knowledge of Insurance products
· Looking for opportunities to introduce customers to the Financial Adviser
· Ad hoc duties as and when required
