Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Boroughbridge, Office based role
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Up to £35,000
We’re looking for a friendly and approachable HR Advisor to join a client based in Boroughbridge. In this role, you’ll be working alongside the HR manager looking after ER cases such as sickness absence, offering guidance and advice to managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff
• Managing sickness absence, offering guidance and advice to managers
• Assist in investigations and disciplinaries
• Submit accurate payroll data and process record
• Develop and maintain administrative systems
• Maintain document templates and staff records
• Contribute to policy and procedure development
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience in a HR role including case management skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
• Knowledge of general IT systems inc Excel, Outlook, Team and HR systems
• Effective communication with internal and external contacts at all levels
• CIPD Level 5 – essential
