We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Services Administrator to join a reputable Financial Services business based in Central Harrogate. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the Advisors and Financial Planners. This position requires excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Duties:
Update and maintain accurate client records.
Liaising with policy providers, processing new business applications, fund switches, income withdrawal requests.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in a financial administration role.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills and excellent organisational skills.
