This is primarily an Accounts Payable focused role supporting the Finance Manager in the management of the day-to-day finance operation including taking lead on Account Payable function. They are offering hybrid working after probation of 2 days/week working from home.
Key Duties:
· Bank Reconciliation
· Council Tax Reconciliation
· Deferred Income Reconciliation
· Accounts Payable
· Preparing Payroll Schedules ready for payment.
· Intercompany Recharges B2B.
· Chasing Rental Arrears via Email, Phone & Letter.
· Supplier Statement Reviews
· Taking a proactive role in managing Accounts Payable function.
· Involvement in month end processes including Accruals, Prepayments & Reporting.
· Dealing with difficult telephone calls and negotiation with clients.
· Producing reports for internal review.
Skills & Experience Required:
· Previous Accounting Background
· Confident with Excel
· Producing Reports
· Ability to demonstrate team work
· Attention to detail.
