Finance and Operations Administrator, 6 months contract, Harrogate, Salary up to £35K
Are you available at short notice and able to commit for a 6-month period? Do you have finance experience and are a confident user of Excel?
Our client based in Harrogate are looking for an experience finance administrator to support the operation and finance teams.
Skills Required:
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills are required.
• Finance experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management skills and experience of working to deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Inquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
• Proven ability to work within a team and on your own.
• Comfortable with change
Job Responsibilities
• To produce regular management information for the finance and Operations team.
• Assisting with the annual audit and regulatory data.
• Calculating and processing client fees.
• Undertaking daily transaction reporting checks.
• Monitoring of daily trade value and providing commentary to the MI to enable the recipients to interpret any themes or trends that should be investigated further.
• To support the finance team
• Produce analysis of data produced by the Operations Team
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of company procedures and policies
• Any other duties in line with the level and scope of this role.
