Job Title: Financial Administrator

Hours: Full Time, Office Based
Salary: Up to £26,000
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to supervise administrative tasks in a Wealth Management team. This role involves risk management, budget oversight, and will playing a crucial role in maintaining a positive team environment.
Duties:
• Conduct product research and liaise with relevant product providers
• Oversee new business processing and client review preparations
• Provide excellent telephone-based service to clients
• Manage pipeline activity and handle ad-hoc requests
• Support colleagues for smooth team operation
• Act as a point of contact for advisers and paraplanners
Requirements:
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office is essential
• Minimum 2 years' administration experience in a busy IFA office
• Wide knowledge of industry providers and products
• Proficient in core Microsoft Office systems
