Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join a small office as a Finance Administrator. Your role will be crucial in supporting Financial Advisors and ensuring a seamless client experience. Strong organizational skills and a client-focused mindset are key.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Financial Planner's diary, coordinate client information for meetings
• Update Client Software and Financial Analytics systems
• Prepare Investment Valuation Reports and pre-meeting materials
• Handle client calls and communication with Investment/Pension Providers
• Utilize Client Software and other tools for record-keeping
• Manage general administration tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and Client Management Software
• Knowledge of financial service regulations
• Experience with supporting financial advisors
