We are working with a leading Food Manufacturer in Leeming Bar looking to add Engineering Stores Controller to their Engineering team, ensuring the upkeep of critical spares in stock used in the maintenance of plant machinery
Within the role you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
Stock control of all spare parts in store ensuring minimum spare part quantities as per min stock levels are available
Maintain Engineering stores, housekeeping
Source suppliers and obtain goods and services at the most competitive prices
Regular Stock taking of engineering spares stores
Update of engineering KPIs, site service meter readings
To be considered for the position, you must hold experience in the following:
Stock control systems in stores or warehouses
Identification of engineering parts
Demonstrating the ability to think and communicate effectively
Highly organized with a good eye for detail, along with strong administrative skills
