We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the sales team at a busy manufacturing company in Middlesbrough.
This role focuses on customer service, requiring daily phone and email communication with clients, as well as managing incoming orders via email.
You'll receive training on their in-house MIS system and play a key role in completing tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
We're looking for someone who is a team player and proactive.
Responsibilities:
Works in a busy office, managing daily tasks and prioritising workloads
Processes customer orders
Deals with incoming and outgoing calls
Provides customers with excellent service using a polite and professional telephone manner
Educates customers on available products and services
Assists the busy team with general administration tasks
Liaises with customers to provide delivery information
Manages all outgoing post
Supports the sales team by sending out provided information to customers
Checks inventory to update customers.
Requirements:
2 Years administration experience
Excellent telephone manner
Desired:
Customer Service experience
Order processing experience
Previous work in manufacturing office
Business Admin NVQ Level 2 +
