Salary: £25,000 - £29,000

Are you looking for the next step in your Customer Service career? We are recruiting for a global business who are seeking an experienced customer service candidate to help manage orders and provide a first-class service to B2B clients.

Due to location, your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to client queries via phone and email

• Process orders, update clients and ensure SLAs are achieved

• Creating client invoices and reports

• Maintaining the CRM database

• Daily admin including coordinating orders with the warehouse department

Key Skills:

• Previous customer service experience, preferrable within logistics but not essential

• Ability to problem solve and manage your own workload

• Experience working to KPIs and SLAs

• IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook

Benefits:

• Salary up to £29,000, depending on experience

• Monday – Friday hours, full time

• 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
