Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead their service team, grow the department and ensure customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team inc setting KPIs
• Report on team turnover, profitability, budgets and productivity
• Planning engineer’s workloads to ensure SLAs are met
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external contacts
• Looking into continuous improvement and streamlining plans
• Managing invoices, preparing quotes, maintaining records and client management
• Ensuring industry regulations, restrictions, and laws are adhered to
• Creating a safe working environment for both employees and customers
Experience Required:
• Proven experience in a leadership/management role with a similar level of responsibility
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in customer service tools and software
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
