My client based in Dalton, near Thirsk, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on temporary 6-week basis.
Responsibilities:
To deliver excellent customer service to new and existing consumers.
Handling incoming consumer queries
Operating a CRM ticketing system via various contact channels including email and over the phone
Deliver a high-quality service based on the business policies and procedures.
Request and log all product data or service data for reporting purposes.
Manual order processing and fulfilment.
Skills Required:
Comfortable communicating with customers to meet a resolution.
Meet every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills written & verbal.
Be able to communicate effectively over the phone.
Knowledge with CRM software is desirable
Additional:
40 hours per week.
£11.53 per hour.
