My client based in Dalton, near Thirsk, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on temporary 6-week basis.

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver excellent customer service to new and existing consumers.

  • Handling incoming consumer queries

  • Operating a CRM ticketing system via various contact channels including email and over the phone

  • Deliver a high-quality service based on the business policies and procedures.

  • Request and log all product data or service data for reporting purposes.

  • Manual order processing and fulfilment.

Skills Required:

  • Comfortable communicating with customers to meet a resolution.

  • Meet every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills written & verbal.

  • Be able to communicate effectively over the phone.

  • Knowledge with CRM software is desirable

Additional:

  • 40 hours per week.

  • £11.53 per hour.
