Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Knaresborough
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to £25,000
We are working for a manufacturing business based in Knaresborough that is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Administration to join their fun and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer enquires via phone, email and social media
• Process sales orders/quotes and updating the CRM Database
• Collecting customer payments and quote details
• Prepare and analyse customer reports
• Handle courier collection/delivery queries and any delays
• Adhere to Health & Safety and company policies
Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to interact confidently at all levels
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
