Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Hours: Full Time or 4 days per week
Salary: £24,000
A Knaresborough company is looking for a friendly customer service admin to join their support team. In this role, you’ll be supporting customers with equipment queries, booking in services and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Due to the client relocating to Tockwith in the new year, between Boroughbridge and Wetherby, you will need your own transport.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries via phone and email
• Process orders efficiently and coordinate with internal teams
• Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with database management
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or administration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office
