What you'll be doing:
• Assist customer with queries from product information, delivery updates, courier issues and technical queries
• Communicating with customers via phone, email and live chat
• Problem solve with other departments across the business
• Regular team meeting including training sessions
What you'll need:
• Previous Customer Service experience
• IT skills including Outlook, Teams and Word
• Highly organised with the ability to multiple tasks
• High levels of flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally
