A fast-paced and growing organisation based in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a confident and proactive Customer Administrator to join their team on a temporary, month-by-month basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, and can work efficiently to gather useful insights from past customer interactions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Making quick, straightforward outbound calls to customers previously provided with quotes
Asking key follow-up questions
Accurately recording all feedback in a clear and structured format
Escalating any technical queries to the appropriate internal team
Working at pace to maximise outreach and data collection
What We’re Looking For:
A confident and friendly telephone manner
Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport
The ability to focus and maintain motivation when performing repetitive tasks
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
No prior industry or technical knowledge is required - full support and training will be provided

Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour (circa)
