I am recruiting for a Darlington based client as they require an Account Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
As the successful candidate, you will ideally have a sales background, however this is not essential as training will be given. You will be customer focused, whilst having the ability to maximize customer sales.
Duties will include:
· Dealing with multiple customer accounts
· Developing the customer database and onboarding new clients
· Ensuring technical information is relayed to customers
· Work as part of the wider sales team
· Maintain customer relationships
· Maintain product knowledge of multiple items and services
· Achieve sales targets
