We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager/Director to lead a sales and marketing efforts in the fashion manufacturing industry. The Commercial Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships while aligning with the company's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify new market opportunities and ensure products meet customer demands.

• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

• Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to ensure team members reach their full potential.

• Product Development: Collaborate with the product development and design teams to ensure product portfolios align with market demands and emerging trends.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key clients, suppliers, and partners to secure advantageous agreements and partnerships.

• Sales Reporting: Create and analyze sales reports, providing regular updates to the executive team on performance, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical practices.
