Are you someone who pays attention to details and has Administration experience? If so, I'm in search of an enthusiastic Commercial Administrator to join my client's Commercial team.
The perfect candidate will possess robust administrative skills, ideally within the industry sector and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. This role entails a range of administrative tasks and demands exceptional organisational capabilities.
Some responsibilities include:
Minuting commercial meetings
Assisting in logging cash income from clients
Assisting in logging profit and loss for the business in the management accounts
Providing administrative support to the Commercial Manager and the QS’s with material booklets, digital housekeeping etc
Policing the commercial calendar they have set up
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Good IT skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to innovate and work to deadlines
The ability to work effectively independently and as a team player
Excellent writing skills and the ability to multi-task
Confident dealing with all levels of staff throughout the business
Great problem-solving abilities
