We are working with a client based in Billingham who are currently expanding due to continued market growth. They are looking to offer an enthusiastic and flexible Business Administrator a full-time position in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and transfer calls, manage visitors, and handle mail and deliveries
Book hotel reservations per instructions, ensuring budget and travel considerations
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and creating job packs
Provide admin support for training, update records, and book courses
Monitor and report on fuel card transactions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Administrator or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Construction industry experience is a plus
Additional information:
Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 4.30pm (30-minute lunch)
Friday: 8.00am to 3.00pm (30-minute lunch)
25 days holiday plus public holidays
