- Using Sage (line 50 version) accounting package
- Managing the whole purchase ledger process from initial receipt of invoice through to posting onto SAGE 50 and generating payments
- Handling incoming post
- Dealing with account queries
- Producing and submitting V.A.T. return every quarter using Making tax digital
- Bank reconciliation.
- Credit control.
- Payments to suppliers.
- Monthly sales commission calculations
- Previous accounts experience
- Experience on SAGE 50
- Good organisational skills.
- Personable attitude / team player
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
