We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Leeming Bar for an organised and motivated HR Administrator to support a busy HR team. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career. Full training will be provided, including the opportunity to complete a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.
As an HR Administrator, your focus will be on delivering accurate and efficient administrative support across key HR functions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining HR systems, managing employee records, and supporting recruitment, payroll, and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide admin support for recruitment campaigns, including posting adverts and coordinating interviews
· Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
· Maintain accurate employee records (starters, leavers, changes) in HR and payroll systems
· Collect and process data for payroll, including absences and holiday records
· Respond to general HR queries and manage the HR inbox
· Support with compliance tasks including right-to-work checks and data audits
· Keep personnel files and internal systems up to date
· Assist in organising induction sessions and review meetings
· Support exit processes, including paperwork and reference requests
