Description
Are you highly organised and quick to react to customer needs?
Do you have proven experience working in a Customer Service/Administration role?
Do you have an excellent telephone manner coupled with strong written communication skills?
You will be responding to customer enquiries over telephone and email, liaising with relevant internal departments and issuing all relevant documentation.
Someone with an energetic, proactive and organised attitude to their working day will succeed in this role. Strong IT skills are a must!
Working hours 9am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday.
