Role: Administrator
Location: Harrogate – Hybrid
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
We’re looking for an Administrator to join our client based in Harrogate. In this role, you’ll be dealing with setting up new suppliers, issuing documents and build a great client relationship.
Your Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with departments to check onboarding requirements
• Conduct checks on potential suppliers for compliance
• Facilitate creating client documentation
• Manage credit accounts and ensure they’re not over the clients limit
• Assisting with arranging contractors
• Be a primary contact for new suppliers and answering any enquires
Qualifications and Skills:
• Previous experience in an admin role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
